L700 hang: done by z3x

problem: L700 when power it on after lumabas ang logo and insert sim, hang na kahit anong pindot...

action taken and solution: reflash it in z3x with E210 dual combo, and DL FW from support

- open samsung 2g tool icon
- select model L700
- put FW then click firmware to flash the phone
- insert cable then power it on
- wait until done and observe
