2nd step: try to test all power section malapit sa charging terminal, SHORTED lahat ng parts sa banda sa charging at no output voltage sa 20volts MORFET IC...
3rd step: try to change MOSFET IC 20 VOLTS no luck...
4th step: hunting again using tester, try ko test mga shorted diode,smd capacitor, resitor
