Proceedure
Go to settings enable Developer options
Settings > About phone > Software information > Build number
Once you’ve found the Build number section of the settings, tap on the section 7 times Developer options will be unlocked and available.
Enable USB Debugging Mode on and plug usb cable to phone install drivers

Open lgtool software select model number connect usb cable to phone , click connect then click unlock wait to finish... done
After unlocked Please make Factory Reset manually via Android menu (Settings -> General -> Backup & Reset -> Factory data reset -> Reset phone -> Erase everything).
