1. Download tested firmware or flash tool from above link (how to download firmware check above gif image)

2. Extract to desktop or as you like path

3. Open LG Flash Tool 2014 folder and choose LGFlashTool2014.exe file

4. Choose 3GQCT model option

5. Choose DIAG from PhoneModel option

6. Click on Firmware button and choose V20C_00.kdz file

7. Click on Normal Flash button (see below image tutorial)

8. Insert charged battery in to device

9. Press and hold Volume Up and insert usb cable for Download Mode

10. Click on Start button (see below image)
11. Wait for flash window automatically detect device
12. Wait until full flash (do not disconnect device)

13. You are done
