LG gt540 ANDROID unlock done by octopus procedure inside..[Reference]

LG GT540 ANDROID UNLOCK

FIRST STEP.

1 turn on yor phohe then insert usb cable
2 read info
3 read NVM para my back up lang
4 unlock

2ND STEP.

4. Disconnect cable
5. Install LG Android ADB drivers
6. Enable "Settings" -> "Applications" -> "Developement" -> "USB
debugging" option
7. Connect cable and check if ADB interface has appeared in PC Device
Manager.
8.click unlock again
