P700 LCD light error

I have a problem with my L700. The LCD backlight isn’n working. I tried to clean the connector, and a new LCD, but it isn’t ok. On the LCD connector’s first contact I measured 4,0 V if the LCD is OFF, and 4,3 V if the LCD is ON, the second contact is ground. These values are if the LCD isn’t connect to the motherboard. On th LCD’s ribboncable I measured 4,5V, and the LCD is dark, but LCD is working, just the light isn’t.
What can be wrong?
