Turn off the device and remove the battery as this process is done with the battery out not using battery.
Now hold down the volume up more volume more home button and connect the USB cable to the PC,
Hold 20 seconds until the device screen showing the android robot,
Then release the volume up more volume button and the home button down and press the POWER button around 2 seconds and show them the hard reset option.
