firmware: V10E_00.kdz​

after dl proced to flashing ​

open kdz updater ​

type: select 3GQCT ​

phone mode: select emergency ​

select kdz file​

then turn off phone press vol dawn insert usb click launch software update ​

wait tel done!!​
