go to infineon and select model

connect fully powered phone

then click read phone info...

next click unlock ............

ang nangyari sa akin sh640 ang phone pero pag click ko ng read phone info detected as KH6400 ang phone software nya.kaya kh6400 ang logs nya, yan na kase ang ginamit ko.
