Lg v909 t-mobile provider direct unlock via lge [REFERENCE]

First step Unlock via calculation but not success:

LGE Tool and MIcro usb cable(5130)

Procedure:
Run LGE Tool
Select Vendor(LG),Family(v)Model(V909)
Tick Connect
For connect with phone you must:
1. Unplug usb cable and turn on the phone
2. Press lock/power-key for display "lock screen"
3. While "lock screen" is displayed press and hold VolDown-key & VolUp-key and wait for "Input Service Code" dialog
4. Type 3845#*909# and press "Confirm"
5. Go to "Port Setting" and select "CP USB"
6. Plug usb cable
7.Install driver if needed
8.Direct wait unlocking complete
