nagmamadali po customer kaya di ko na po nakuhanan ng pics ang before at after ng process.....pero ituturo ko po ang simple ways na nagawa ko para ma hard reset sya.....
problem:: it has a waiting hours of 16,346 mins before you can open it.....
procedure::
1.)the phone must be power off.
2.)press and hold power + volume down + camera until it vibrates...then release the power key.....
3.)wait till it reboots .......done......then follow the instructions given by the phone to activate it......
