open mi flasher ver2016.08.30.0
click select and load the images
mark clean all and lock
connect phone in fastboot boot
from the folder open edl mode (fastboot_edl, then click edl)you will notice in the device manager (in port - com x - means that the phone is in edl mode now)
now click flash
start flashing - wait until done.
