STEP 1 (Connect):

Open "Android ADB" platform in the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
Open "Qualcomm" bookmark
Set the phone to the FACTORY MODE:
Turn the phone OFF
Press Vol -, Vol+, Power ON simultaneously, then release Power ON button
Select FACTORY MODE in the appeared menu, then confirm your selection
Wait for the phone to fully power ON
Connect the phone to PC using USB cable
Install required USB Driver (only if phone is connected for the first time)
Press "Connect Motorola Android phone"
Wait for the operation to complete and disconnect the phone

STEP 2 (Reset FRP):

Set the phone to the FACTORY MODE:
Turn the phone OFF
Press Vol -, Vol+, Power ON simultaneously, then release Power ON button
Select FACTORY MODE in the appeared menu, then confirm your selection
Wait for the phone to fully power ON and connect it to PC
Select "Adb interface" in the port selection tab
Press "Remove FRP" button
Message "Done" indicates that the procedure has been completed successfully
Restart the phone
