Hard Reset

First Method:

1. From a Home screen, select the App menu (located in the lower right).
2. Select Settings. If the application icon is missing, select App menu filter (located at the top) then select All apps.
3. Select Privacy.
4. Select Factory Data Reset.
5. Select Reset phone.If presented, enter the current passcode or draw the unlock pattern.
6. Select Erase Everything.Allow up to 3 minutes for the factory data reset and reboot processes to complete.

Second Method:

1. Remove and insert the battery into your phone.
2. Please unplug any USB or power cables from the phone.
3. Then press and hold Volume Up + Volume Down + Power button together.
   
4. Release them when the red Motorola logo appears.
5. Now you will see Android logo -> press Home button.
   
6. Scroll down to the option "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume Down to scroll, and Power button to confirm option.
   
7. After that choose option "Yes-delete all user data".
8. Afterwards select option "reboot sytem now".
