BEFORE
PROCEDURE
Direct unlock
1.Turn the phone on and wait for it to fully start up
2.Connect the phone to PC with USB cable
3.Ensure that the phone is not connected in USB mass storage mode
4.Install Motorola drivers (only if the phone is connected for the first time)
5.Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
6.Go to "Unlock" tab
7.Press “Connect Motorola Android phoneâ€
8.Select "Motorola USB Diagnostic Port" in the ports selection tab
9.Press "Unlock" button
10.Message "Unlocking phone… Done" indicates that procedure was completed successfully
11.Disconnect the handset
12.Phone is unlocked
