1. Turn off your phone and then press and hold the Volume Down Button.
2. While holding the Volume Down button pressed, tap on the Power Button and the Fastboot menu of the Android system should appear on the screen. This is the point where you should release all buttons.
3.Use the Volume Down key to navigate through options and when you see “Android Recoveryâ€, chose it by pressing the Volume Up button.
4. Once the triangle sign appears, press both the Volume Up and Down keys, at the same time.
5. In the newly appeared menu, navigate using the Volume buttons to Wipe Data / Factory Reset, and select this option by pressing on Power.
6.Confirm your option by selecting Yes, once again with the Power button.
7. Wait for the process to complete and reboot the phone.
