Here you can find the latest drivers for all MTK based devices.

You will need to install them in order to root or flash a custom rom ! Without the correct drivers it will not work !

Here are the drivers which i used for rooting:

Download the drivers and unzip them with winrar (http://www.winrar.com)

Connect your phone to the computer with the usb cable (USB debugging enabled)

Wait for your pc to detect it. Now go to start - controlpanel - system - devicemanager.

Now you will see a device with a yellow triangle (MTK or Android). Do a rightclick on the device and chose - "update driversoftware"

Now go to "have disk" and point to the folder which contains your drivers.

Now the drivers should be installed and the yellow triangle disappears.


Method 2 : Easy install with installer

Those are easy to install and work on almost every phone.
