history: napaglaruan ng anak nya

action taken: hard reset

ito procedure:

1. press volume button up and down then power button ( sabay sabay )

ganito lalabas

2. press volume button up to do the wipe

look like this

then use volume button to select wipe

use menu button to select wipe not the home button

3. just wait until finish...
