Netphone 501 "Too many pattern attempts" done via HARD RESET
Before doing this Hard reset tell to your customer that all data in phone will be deleted or the phone will back to default setting except SIM CARD and MEMORY CARD.
Procedure:
-power off phone
-then hold HOME MENU BUTTON+VOLUME UP and press POWER SWITCH.
-and wait for Android System recovery
press VOLUME DOWN and click POWER SWITCH to select WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET
now press VOLUME DOWN and click POWER SWITCH to select YES or DELETE ALL USER and wait to finish WIPING
click POWER SWITCH to REBOOT SYSTEM NOW
Finish remove GOOGLE ACCOUNT
