PinoyTechnician.com was founded on June 12, 2014 by five individuals — intoy, sAmwell, Alexaliah Gsm, dArk_shAdE & edcuz — with the focus of providing support and creating a dedicated platform for technicians in the Philippines.

Procedure:
open H.T.I. v3.5 (rev 2.5)
>click select nokia usb rom for interface
>select star tab & click Nokia tools
>generation select dct4 check XGold box
>inser fimrware v. 03.04
>click flash connect usb to pc port
>tapos ang ginawa kung supplyay yung pasitive nigative ng dragon box
di po sya pwede kung battery ang gagamitin ayaw mag flash






after flash ito na po

result...
