1.The cell phone must be switched off, so hold down the Power button for a short while.
2.Next, press and hold the Volume Down and Power key for a couple of seconds.
3.When the phone vibrates release Power button and keep holding the Volume Down key.
4.Release held key when the exclamtion mark appears on the screen.
5.Then use the following sequence of keys: Volume Up - > Volume Down - > Power - > Volume Down.
