1.press together vol up+power button
2.release your fingers of the phone when nokia logo appear and keep pressing
volume up
3.choose with volume button "wipe data/factory reset" and select it with power button
4.choose "yes" with volume button and select it power button
5.with until format is complete
6.select "reboot done.
