Hard Reset NOKIA X2 Dual SIM RM-1013

Then hold down together for a few seconds Volume Up and Power button.
When Nokia logo appears on screen, release your finger from the Power button but keep pressing Volume Up.
Release held key when the Recovery Mode appears.
Press Volume Down to highlight "wipe data/factory reset", and then push the Power button to confirm.
