Backup your data before upgrading to kitkatUnplug your sdcardBackup you internal memory! This upgrade process will format the internal memory!
Step Upgrade:-
Install adb & fastboot driver : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2588979-
(If your PC can't read your phone, try installing this : http://adbdriver.com/downloads/ )
Download the ROM : http://mfi.re/?m9vue9gjie1sejb
Download too the CWM Recovery image : http://bit.ly/1Ml36nG-
1. Extract the ROM,Open the folder ROM, rename recovery.img to anything.
2. Next, copy CWM.img to the folder ROM-rename CWM.img to recovery.img-
3. Connect Phone to your PC/Laptop with your phone is on (not turned off)-Check if the USB Debugging is ON-Click 2x file bat 8x10_fastboot_all_images-Wait until your phone is restarted,
this process will take up to 15 Minutes, so please be patient-Your Phone is kitkat Now!

-Reboot to Recovery
-Wipe Data
-Wipe Cache
-Flash the Downgrade File

-Then Reboot and wait
