If there is a "Reset" button of your tablet (a small hole) then you can press that by using a small pin or paper clip or anything as long as it fits to the hole. Press it for about 10 to 20 seconds and turn it on again. If that doesn`t work then turn of your tablet and press the "Power" button for about 20 to 30 seconds then release and try to turn it on again.
