click brand oppo
search oppo A16k preloader
click [PRELOADER] FACTORY RESET
boot key: press and hold volume up and down and connect usb cable and wait until it done

FRP Lock
same process
Click [PRELOADER] ERASE FRP
OFF phone press and hold volume up and down then connect usb cable and wait it finish
