1.OPEN CM2QLM SW
2.CLICK SERVICE TAB
3.SELECT FULL WIPE
4.THE CLICK FORMAT
5.HOLD VOLUME UP AND DOWN
6.THEN CONNECT USB TO THE PHONE
7.WAIT UNTIL DONE :D
