Solution:
Visual check muna ok naman lahat ng components. Test ko kung shorted hindi naman, try ko isalpak sa power supply at ayun high current pala kaya hindi nabubuhay so pinakiramdaman ko san part mejo mainit at nakita ko ung ic ang salarin kaya changed PMI632 at solved ang problem.
