Power off the Phone
open mrt 3.59 (with dongle)
click oppo tab
select A83
Click Format and Unlock
Cick START
Press and hold volume up and down for boot key
wait until done

For FRP just dial *#813#

Optional: If the MRT cant detect the usb driver. Try this USB Driver
