1. Open MRT v3.73 then select Oppo
2. Select exact model a31 then click on format
3. Before you click start open first the extracted folder of mrt v3.73 then install Libusb-win32-devel-filter-1.2.6.0 if you didn't not installed yet
4. Off unit then click START then hold vol up&down button for boot key.. wait until all is done!
