una flash ko via sd card,,pra safe

download this firmware update:https://www.oppo.com/ph/downloads/

then copy to sd card
note: dapat format muna ang sd card
lagay sa phone and sd then go to recovery
hold volume down ang power button together
select(install from sd card)
then antayin lng na matpos
reboot the phone
done success..
