Flash Panasonic T21:
1- Unzip Broadcom Multidownloader tool & Run.
2- Click on Setting-> Configuration.
3- Select Image Path (Firmware) & click on Apply.
4- Choose Start and connect phone in off state.
5- If drivers are not installed automatically then assign path of driver from Device Manager
