Download the files below link, and here's the steps.
-Power off your tablet with pressing the switch on/off key
-Turn the power swicth back the ON position
-Press and hold side button with the home button picture it is also called the back/esc key
-While holding, connect the tablet into your pc or laptop with the usb cable(if not connected, you can try with the other port).
-If the tablet are detected install the driver that is located in the RKtool folder
-If done tablet is recognized as RK28IX device in windows device manager.
-Now start the RKandroid bacth upgrade in RKtool folder
