hi, today i will share to you how to hard reset phonix mobile prime 3 in case of forgotten password like pattern, pin and etc..
in my case, i received a prime 3 with a pin lock,
to wipe the device in order to remove its pin, simply follow these instructions
1. turn off the phone
2. press and hold power button and volume down button
3. wait until the "prime" logo appears
4. when the logo has appeared, count 2 seconds and then release all buttons
5. wait for a few seconds. THE RECOVERY MODE WILL NOW APPEAR
select WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET, click POWER button to enter, scroll down to YES DELETE ALL USERDATA thru the volume down button then click power button, wait for a few seconds till the REBOOT SYSTEM NOW appears, click on it and we're done
(note: 2 seconds delay is very important, you cannot boot it into recovery if the time is lacking or too much)
