STEPS:
1, Flash your bb10 with your model autoloader (Q10 SQN100-1-2-3-4-5 10.3.2.2339).
2, then reFlash your blackberry with autoloader (Q10_10.3.01.2267_SQN100-1-2-3-4-5) you downloaded
3, After that setup your blackberry with your new id and start using your phone or you can factory reset your phone there after if you want.
You can Reflash you BB10 with your orignal os 10.3.2.2876(optional)
Note: if relock again after step 3 flash with step 2
