First, unlock boot loader using UT, tick Mediatek tab and click PERM | UNLOCK BL.


Download Redmi 9 Global Firmware

https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/miui/lancelot/stable/V12.5.4.0.RJCMIXM/

Download the 4.6GB fastboot file.
Extract the file and load the scatter file on UT, under Mediatek > FLASH tab
