MotoReaper can be used to removal FRP from Motorola devices and has been tested on Android versions 5.1, 6.0, and 7.0. It is very likely that it will even work on Android 7.1.
1. Wipe data factory reset the Motorola device. See VIDEO
2. Reboot and wait for the phone to fully boot up to the start screen.
3. Do not connect to WiFi just leave the device on the start screen.
4. Run MotoReaper and follow the steps as the tool directs
