PROBLEM

Hang on logo only



ACTION TAKEN

I try to Hard reset but still no lock..



No chose need to flash


PROCEDURE.

1.Download this Software Update http://www.cherrymobile.com.ph/sites...wareupdate.zip
2.Extract the zip file on a folder in your PC.
3.Wait for the SUT set up wizard window to appear
4.Click 'Next' and Select 'Just me' and click 'Next
5.Click 'Next' to start the installation
6.Click 'Close' to finish set up. Wait for the Software Update Tool to appear
7.Turn on unit and Connect the phone to your PC via USB cable
8.When the phone is connected, click 'Next'
9.Upgrade will start. You can see the progress of the update while you wait. Your Cherry Mobile Nova is now updated to its latest software.

Ok ba sa Nova phone mo yun update di nag lag or self reboot? May nova din kc ako..
Saka lagi low memory kya inalis ko fb app. Dolphin at viber lng iniwan ko wala games muna. Thanks
