remove bootloop after doulci

here was simple procedure:
1. use Pangu ultility to jailbreak device.
2. install ifile
3. enter var\stash\_.m3ech3\applications\setup.app
4. rename info.plist to info.plist222
5. remove pin sim
6. restart iphone or ipad

ready
no more bootloops
