Hang on LOgo hard to turn on recovery options cannot be access

Procedure done!

Used Phoenix Card and burn a copy of firmware

Turn on the tablet with the inserted memory card

Since there is an issue having hardtime to turn on and also cannot start with only the PSU.

I resolder a wire connecting to the battery with the battery still soldered so there are 2 supply... see image with wire connected to PSU

All done and working.
