1-hold home + power hintayin po na mag boot mode
2-yes--delete all user
3-wipe data/factory reset
4-system reboot

fully turn ON the phone and connect it in USB port of your PC with USB cable CA-101

and type *#7284# and choise usb diag.

install driver if needed if not just tick UNLOCK
