procedure:
Phone must be powered on.
Enable "USB debugging" in Settings"-"Developer options
Connect the phone to PC, use micro-USB cable
rootfirst using vroot:http://www.4shared.com/mobile/bWCxZBWYba/vroot_43.htm

and then open Z3Xsamsungtool:
select exact model
Connect the phone to PC, use micro-USB cable.
Press "Unlock" button...
