Hard Reset unit first ( Hold Home button + Volume Up + Power Button)
when the Samsung logo appears Unhold only the power button
while still pressing the two remaining buttons ...
when the Android and loading logo appears( blue background ), unhold the two remaining buttons.
then wait until the recovery menu appears
choose wipe data factory reset.
