Enable USB Debugging
Connect Phone to PC and allow drivers to finish installing
Open Octoplus Samsung Software. Click Read phone. Then Click unlock. No need Rooting.
Note: This phone will need 2 sim cards to be inserted in order for it to be unlocked. If only 1 sim card it will ask unlock code.
