Procedure:
1. Power off the phone
2. Press and hold Menu Button + Power.
3. When SAMSUNG logo appear release the 2 button and android system recovery mode will appear.
4. Move the options to " wipe data / factory reset " using volume down ( - ) button and menu button to confirm.
5. After the process done select reboot system now.
