Press and hold together: POWER BUTTON + VOLUME DOWN BUTTON + VOLUME UP BUTTON for several seconds untill menu appear at SAMSUNG GALAXY NEXUS I9250 LCD
If you see the Menu at LCD then release all button key
Choose menu Recovery Mode
At Recovery Mode, press and hold together: Power Button + Volume Up Button to go to the menu
Choose wipe data / factory reset with Volume button keys for nagivation and press Power Button Key for Ok or Enter or Select
