problem- auto restart

tools-phoenix suit

firmwares needed-http://www.mediafire.com/download/949h11m1fqqwwa8/Galaxy Note 8 by monkie.img

procedure
-open phoenix suit click firmware
-select the firmware
-power off unit
-hold vol+ and power the button 10times
-kung magdetect na siya install ang drivers
-pagkatapos hintayin nalang po hanggang matapos
