Lock to at&t network need to unlock





PROCEDURE.

1. Open octopus samsung
2. Select Model I717
3. Phone must be powered on.
4. Type *#7284# and choose Modem for both options.
5. Type *#9090# and choose DM/DUN over HSIC.
6. Reboot phone.
7. Connect USB cable, install drivers.
8. Select diagnostic port in port settings.
9. Press "Read codes" button. Wait until success
10. Insert Unaccepted sim and enter NCK Unlock code
11.Done
