Flash by combination file open Z3x samsung Pro tool, then select exact model, click PDA Tab then select combination file:
after flashing go to setting then back up and reset and put again in download mode your device and flash again in this files and costumize the box inside the PDA section untick sboot images and recovery like shown below and files from Z3x support
