Samsung Galaxy SII T989 Unlock done via Octopus....[Reference]
PROBLEM
Lock to T-Mobile Network...
PROCEDURE.
1.Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development.
Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
2.When message is appear press "Yes".
Go to dial window.
3.Enter "*#7284#" number.
Set "USB" radio button to "Modem" value.
4.Close window.
Go to dial window.
5.Enter "*#9090#" number.
Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
6.Restart phone.
7.Insert micro usb cable and install divers needed.
8.Open octopos for samsung
9.Select model t989 on samsung qualcom
10.Then tick Read Info
11.Then click Unlock wait until success..
12.Enter NCK unlock code.. DONE
